“Pathetic property facilities and fake pictures of the property”

The staff were very polite and good. Some of these pictures are fake. The rooms are too tiny, like a matchbox. We booked for 3 adults and 1 child. There wasn’t even a space to adjust the 3rd mattress and we had to do it at the toilet gate. The room heater was offered as an extra charge, but it was broken and had to be propped up on a brick so it could stand at least. We checked out after spending one night, and it was a very pathetic experience.

The location is best, and the balcony view from the rooms is wonderful. Food and water bottle charges are too high, and there is no air heater machine available.

Location and room. 1. Bathrooms has no hanger to hang the cloths. 2. There is no dustbin in rooms. 3. No foot mat outside the bathroom. 4. Not providing any kettle for hot water. 5. No mirror at wash basin. 6. Charges 50/- for 100ml milk for baby and they said price is for warm the milk. 7. Please don't book the room because at the time of checkout they charged higher on the name of extra guest. When everything I am showing on app. Highly disappointed from the services

“Not advising to book this hotel specially to family persons.”

The only thing worth mentioning was the view; everything else was a letdown. The hotel looked different online, and once we arrived, no service was available. The room was occupied by older guests who were loud and drunk all night; when we asked them to be quiet, they started swearing. We had kids, so we stayed quiet, but the noise was unbearable. The room wasn’t prepared before our arrival despite instructions, and there were no soap, towels, or fresh linens—just hair everywhere. It was a pathetic experience.
