The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, helping with anything we needed; we followed their food recommendations and the meals were amazing! The rooms were huge, immaculately clean, and offered an outstanding view of the city.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, giving us a warm welcome and easy communication. Many thanks to Chan, who is absolutely lovely. The location is great, and the facilities are good for the price.

The staff were very helpful. When we were given the wrong room, they fixed the issue quickly. The location is within walking distance of everything.

The location and staff were very attentive. The street was very noisy, which is normal because the place is very central and it was the Moon Festival.

Very central location to the old quarter in Hanoi, and the staff were super friendly and had a lot of recommendations in the area - good if you have just arrived in Vietnam and want to know where to go! Room was really big and generous balcony as well. Great for people watching :). It can get a bit noisy outside but not the hotels fault! Just something to keep in mind if you need Quiet to sleep!
