The windows lacked mosquito nets, and because the hotel is near the park area, there were many insects.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but the window had no mosquito net and the room was full of mosquitoes and a hornet flew in; the staff did nothing. They gave out dichlorvos and said “do whatever you want.” The room felt stuffy, and the door lock barely closed, it kept rattling.
