From the start, the communication was quick and useful, especially arranging a driver to pick us up at the ferry terminal and drive straight to Bixio 34. Upon arrival, the staff were super helpful and welcoming. The location is very close to Reggio Calabria Centrale station, making it a short walk to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it, though the location, value, and hospitality could use improvement.

Bardzo przestronny pokój, mega wygodne łóżko, duża szafa, a przede wszystkim duża łazienka z miejscem na odłożenie kosmetyków (w innych obiektach bywa różnie). Obiekt ze śniadaniem, ale umówmy się nie chodzi o śniadanie w naszym (polskim) rozumieniu, to po prostu rogalik z nadzieniem czekający od godz. 7.00 w pomieszczeniu aneksu barowego (ciężko go nazwać kuchennym) wspólnego dla dwóch apartamentów. Apartament raczej dla stołujących się na mieście - brak naczyń. Ale jest mikrofalówka, czajnik, ekspres kapsułkowy (kapsułki wyliczone po 1 na dzień na lokatora) Gospodyni obiektu rewelacyjna - bardzo zaangażowana i pomocna, bardzo dobry kontakt, szybko odpisuje w razie potrzeby. - aneks barowy mógłby być ciut lepiej wyposażony np. korkociąg, kieliszki do wina - w końcu to Włochy :) - okno w łazience się nie otwiera, ale może ma to jakieś uzasadnienie

The property was very clean and detailed. Our room, spacious and comfortable for our four‑person family, also had a large terrace. The host was extremely welcoming, highly professional, and always available. Check‑in was simple and fast.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly cared for by Claudia. She pours her whole heart and energy into running this place and made sure to greet us personally. She is always ready to help, and her communication is flawless. The room was spotless, cleaned daily, and the linens were immaculately white. The bathroom was comfortable and clean. In the hallway, there was a capsule coffee machine and an electric kettle, and guests had access to coffee, tea, biscuits, crackers, and toast. Every morning, fresh croissants with fillings of our choice were delivered for breakfast, and Claudia even baked a cake herself, which was a lovely touch. The location is simply perfect—just 3 minutes from the main train station and 3 minutes from the start of Reggio’s main promenade, close to the beautiful boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. Air conditioning worked smoothly, the TV had internet, and Wi‑Fi was reliable. Guests also had beach umbrellas and even a rain umbrella available. I wholeheartedly recommend Claudia and her guesthouse; you’ll definitely feel very comfortable there.
