“L’Ospitalità che Resta nel Cuore”

The hospitality that stays in the heart. I stayed at Hotel Ristorante Mommo in Polistena for a ceremony in Melicucco and found a real family. I arrived late at night, when the kitchen was already closed, but Mr. Raimondo greeted me with rare cordiality, preparing a small dinner with typical Calabrian products: cured meats, cheeses and, to finish, a special homemade bitter. Mrs. Maria, a deep knowledge of the area, told me the history of the places with anecdotes that keep the memory of the place. Before my departure, with unforgettable kindness, she prepared and gave me a small envelope with water, biscuits and snacks for the return trip: a simple gesture, but full of attention. Mr. Salvatore took care of every move I made with precious availability, accompanying me with care and kindness, making every step calm and well organized. The hotel is in a strategic location, convenient for easily reaching the places to visit. But what really remains is the atmosphere: a family environment, well cared for, where hospitality makes you feel at home. I will carry these moments with me as an indelible memory.

“Perfect”

Super hotel, takes you back to the 80s and 90s but that was exactly what we wanted with my son, daily cleaning of large rooms, Italian breakfasts but very varied, delicious coffee… and the service “la perfezione” we greet the boss “Nonna” 😘😉 and the man at reception and the man at the restaurant who took care of us at 6 am when we checked out… he organized breakfast and delicious coffee. At the end of the stay a wonderful gift from the management… 🍷🍷 We will definitely come back when we are in Calabria again. Greetings!!
