“Worst staff behaviour”
The hotel’s location was acceptable, but the staff behaved poorly: we had paid for breakfast in advance and the hotel didn’t provide it, no bottled water was offered, toiletries were missing, and at 10:50 a receptionist called to remind us that checkout was at 11 am sharp or a penalty would apply.

The property sits on the outskirts, and the reception staff gave my wife a rude, unfriendly look.

We had no plates or staff to serve our food, no kitchen at all, and just one employee had to handle all the bags.
