We didn’t like it at all; the “non‑smoking” rule is meaningless when there are three rooms and everyone does what they want. It felt like sharing a student flat again.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The room was nice and clean. Since it was our first visit to Lagos, we had nothing to compare it with, so it’s hard to give an objective rating. In our view, the price could be a little lower.

The host’s welcome and availability were appreciated, along with thoughtful touches like a parasol and a beach bag—very convenient! The catch is that it’s a single room in an apartment, not a whole apartment. Be careful when booking so you’re not disappointed. The listing title can be misleading. The apartment is far from everything on foot, and the price matches that of renting an entire apartment. There’s no key box, so you can’t arrive whenever you wish.
