The picture on the site didn't match reality; the room wasn't clean at all, and the staff were unhelpful. If you need anything, you have to call the staff and wait for them to arrive, but no one ever came. Staying here was a very unpleasant experience, and I doubt I'll ever stay here again.

The room looked decent at first glance, but the staff were incredibly rude. There was no water in the room, and we never received any drinking water or tea even after ordering. We waited two and a half hours after placing the order, and despite repeated reminders, no room‑service person showed up. The room was also not cleaned when we asked; the staff ignored our requests. We checked in as a couple and were not even given bath towels or toiletries, which was extremely frustrating. This is a terrible experience—do not book.

I stayed here with my family and really liked the rooms and the service. The cleaning was excellent and the place felt completely safe, with no problems at all.

I really liked the rooms and the staff’s behaviour. The service was good and the safety was reassuring. You can stay here with friends and family without any hassle or problems.
