The beds were comfy and the room stayed clean, and both check‑in and check‑out went smoothly; however, when we arrived at 8 am for breakfast, none of the four of us received the included meal because there was no food available, the tables were covered in dishes, and no table had been cleaned or wiped; we had to leave the hotel and pay for breakfast, and although the front desk clerk apologized, nothing was done about it; we wished we’d taken photos of the mess, but we were disappointed and wanted to leave, and for the price of rooms today, you should get what you paid for or what’s promised, and the staff should match the number of guests.
