The spot is perfect, right near an intersection so taxis and rideshares are easy to grab. Cafés, pharmacies, souvenir shops line the street. Trevi Fountain is under five minutes on foot, and the hotel lies straight toward all major attractions. The lift means no stair‑laden luggage. Staff are super friendly, communicative, on‑site and on WhatsApp, and they welcomed us with a glass of white wine. We missed the rooftop because of the heat, but it should be fun in cooler weather. Our room was clean, modern, and stylish—ideal for two people. We brought one medium suitcase, one carry‑on, and two backpacks, and we managed to spread everything out with a bit of extra space. The room was next to the elevator, so we weren’t disturbed by that noise. The only issue I raised with staff was the hallway noise—every check‑in or housekeeping activity was audible. I hope they can fix that.

The hotel doesn’t have a kitchen, so breakfast isn’t included, but that didn’t bother me after eating abroad for so long. The location is great, less than five minutes walking from the metro. The wishing well and Spanish Steps are close. There’s a big convenience store on the street and an old‑fashioned mall nearby. The front desk was very warm, showed me how to get to each attraction, warned me to watch my bags, and reassured me not to worry too much—overall it felt safe.
