We ate breakfast and hit the bar, both spots were solid for us, with bartenders who were friendly and helpful. The room stayed tidy and the bed slept well. Parking was a headache, especially because my partner is disabled; we parked on the street hoping to use his disabled pass as payment and got a ticket 15 minutes before the Friday 5 pm deadline. The couch in the room was a pain, lacking back pillows that reach the full back.
Beautiful hotel, staff were very easy to work with and exceptionally friendly, the ac in our room was PERFECT. I hated that we had to pay Valet for a place we would be sleeping, the third elevator didn’t work l, and our room only had 2 lights in the main area!
The room was fine and the hotel sits closer to the convention center. Some staff seemed to lack the knowledge needed to fix the problems I faced. The invoice needed correction because staff had entered details incorrectly at check‑in. Despite contacting them multiple times, they didn’t help correct the error, and I haven’t heard back from the Assistant General Manager by e‑mail. A phishing attempt used the exact details I gave when booking, suggesting my booking information might have been compromised. Staff also responded very slowly or not at all when I asked for booking details via messages.
