We had an excellent stay at Palolem Inn: spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms; the pool was spotless and well‑maintained, perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Palolem Beach and nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout, and everything was well managed, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. A great hotel for a relaxing Goa holiday, highly recommended!

Finding a place near Palolem Beach that balances location and comfort is tough, yet Palolem Inn nailed it; from arrival the staff were genuine, polite, and lightning‑fast with requests, our room was surprisingly spacious, spotless, and after a hot afternoon by the beach (just a minute or two away) the sparkling, clean pool was pure bliss—everything felt easy, clean, and well‑managed, so if you’re heading to Palolem, skip the research and book here.

The location was fine, but the hotel fell short on maintenance: the pool was dirty, the shower water cut out midway, no hot water, the whole room had mold and damp walls, and ants were everywhere—cleanliness and upkeep were very disappointing.

Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in South Goa; the hotel is super close to Palolem Beach yet feels like a peaceful retreat, the rooms are surprisingly spacious and immaculately clean, a pool jump after a day by the sea was amazing, and the staff are some of the sweetest people you’ll meet—10/10 recommendation!
