“Aanrader! zeker als je van de historie houdt, maar ook van rust, een zwembad en een mooie omgeving.”

Geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt met een ei op maat gemaakt (de klant vraag en het ei wordt gemaakt). De locatie is een toplocatie waar de geschiedenis wordt gerespecteerd en gebruikt. De extra rondleiding is een luxe en heel leuk met een fles eigen wijn als souvenir. Het zwembad is heerlijk en met zout gereinigd ipv chloor. En de eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk, persoonlijk en alert op de wensen van de klant. Een zwembad met een heerlijke perrier en daarbij (water)meloen als hapje bij aankomst. Aanrader! Mensen die hier leven hebben hun hart verpand aan het pand en dat is zichtbaar. Niets! Het gebouw is in renovatie maar daar merk je niets van

“Prachtig Domein waar we zeker terugkeren !!”

The location and, of course, the history of the house! The host and hostess are uniquely driven and proud of their home! The hostess treated us incredibly with her breakfast! The host gave us a tour of the history of the Knights Templar house. What the host has already achieved and what he still needs to accomplish we will definitely visit again. Wonderful pool! They are in our hearts!

“Book it. You won't be disappointed.”

Beautiful rooms, so different from your typical hotel. Friendly welcome, comfy, spacious, and well‑equipped rooms. Outstanding breakfast. Lovely pet dog. Would return in a heartbeat. Air‑con ineffective but it was an unusually warm day. However I understand the constraints of fitting a more effective solution in such a historic building.

A magical place with wonderful hosts! Our stay at this historic accommodation was simply unforgettable. The 11th‑century Templar castle is fascinating and was restored by the two extremely friendly hosts, Chilles and Gwen, with incredible style and attention to detail. The atmosphere is unique – a perfect blend of history and modern comfort. Highlights of our stay: Breakfast: simply overwhelming! Every morning there was a fantastic selection that left no wishes unfulfilled. Pool: The gorgeous salt‑water pool invites relaxation and offers perfect cooling. Ranger: The house dog is an absolute heart‑breaker. He grew very dear to us and we already miss him! A huge thank you to Chilles and Gwen for their warm hospitality. We will definitely come back!
