The basic setup was just fine, but the tree was very dated—more than what the photos showed—and the breakfast was nothing special, plus the shower in the room was broken.

The staff were friendly and solved problems quickly, but the hotel switched from Astra to Cristallo without any notice and moved the check‑in time from what was listed on Booking.

The dinner and the whole arrangement were great, yet the hotel had no staff to speak to; even for a simple glass of water you had to leave and go to the neighboring hotel.
