The lodging is sumptuous, a magnificent traditional Japanese house. The room is spacious, quiet, clean, and bright. The equipment is great, especially the fully equipped and accessible kitchen! The host is adorable! I had the best night of my trip to Japan. I didn’t see a hair dryer in the bathroom, and the place was a bit far from the centre. I arrived alone at night and wasn’t very reassured about the route.

The authentic living atmosphere and very quiet setting in the green were very pleasant. The train station and main sights are within walking distance. The hosts provided extensive information before and during the stay. You share the kitchen and bathroom with another guest couple – something you know beforehand, but it can be an adjustment for some. Accordingly, you should bring tolerance (also regarding the quiet hours from 21:00 to 7:00).

The owners’ service is excellent, they’re very friendly and ready to help with anything you need. The facilities are well maintained; you can sleep on a tatami with traditional sliding doors featuring amazing designs, all with magnificent views of nature. This is the best place we’ve stayed in Japan! Thanks for making our experience unbeatable.
