The staff were friendly and organized our stay from start to finish. We stayed for a week, and Bernardo arranged an excursion for each day. We hadn’t booked Machu Picchu, yet we were able to visit it! Nothing to complain about.

The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There’s a kitchen you can use (we didn’t, but it looked very well equipped) and they have hot water for making coca tea. The room had a heater, two wool blankets, and hot water, which is a big help in this climate. It’s very close to everything, making the stay convenient. Excellent, definitely coming back. Everything was fantastic.

The hostel has nice common areas and an outdoor garden. We liked how clean the place was. There are two kitchens available in the common areas. The breakfast is generous. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, although dogs can bark all night. The Wi‑Fi has no signal in some rooms, and beware of the exchange rate applied at payment – it was much higher than other hotels we stayed at in Cusco.
