The beds were reasonably comfortable and the night reception staff was very helpful. However, the rooms were filthy: black sludge in the sink, dirty towels, stained sheets, and marks all over the walls. We had to pay in cash, which we weren’t told about beforehand, and were told we could do a bank transfer, so we used an international bank. The transfer took several days, and the hotel kept messaging us daily because they had given us incorrect details. We kept trying, but the same problem persisted. At one point the staff claimed they were deducting the amount from the manager’s wages, so we had to withdraw cash from a bank and deposit it into his account, which made us uncomfortable. After two weeks of back‑and‑forth communication, the owner finally said he had an English account. I’m not sure if cash is a way to avoid taxes or what, but this payment system urgently needs fixing because harassing guests on holiday over a payment glitch is unacceptable.

Из плюсов: номер тихий, доступ 24/7, wifi достаточно быстрый, напор воды нормальный. В общем зале есть чайник, чашки, кулер с бутилированной водой. 1. Расположение: очень далеко от пляжа, достопримечательностей, приличных ресторанов, придется каждый раз вызывать туктук или арендовать мото. 2. Оплата только наличкой. 3. Нет tv, фена, стола в номере, холодильника. 4. Нет уборки номеров, замены полотенец. 5. В 3х метрах от отеля строят другой отель, нарушая все нормы шума, строят 24/7 и это слышно. Скорее всего этот ремонт продлится до года и вы обязательно это услышите и громко. 6. Плохая шумоизоляция, слышно все что происходит в общем зале и на улице. 7. Нет завтрака

The accommodation is clean enough for people who are satisfied with minimal amenities, and there is a water dispenser. The beds are extremely uncomfortable; you can feel the slats in the mattress, and there is no mosquito net.

The spot was decent, but the mattress was spring‑coiled and I could feel every coil pressing against my back, like we were in the 1920s. They only handed us a single sheet to cover the bed, and the bathroom had a leaking tap; hot water was almost nonexistent and the shower pressure was terrible.
