The room was very clean. It only had one nightstand table, the A.C. wasn’t cooling so we switched rooms. The elevator and hallways had a strong smell, probably from the carpets. The room was large, but the bathroom and shower were small.

The location was very good. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the bed was huge and very nice. The pool was closed for the entire stay and we weren’t informed beforehand or at check‑in. The gym has potential but is quite sparse; cleaning and equipment could be improved. Some staff were poorly trained; one even entered our room without knocking or ringing the bell.

Primeira hospedagem tivemos que sentar no chão do corredor para esperar trocar a pilha da fechadura (outro hotel em Campos pelo mesmo motivo na mesma hora já troca ou de quarto); segunda hospedagem reservada 1 mês antes na recepção disseram que a piscina estava funcionando, subimos e “estava pintando” (outro hotel MUITO mais barato já mandou email duas semanas antes avisando que a piscina estará em manutenção). Voltamos para o quarto e o AR condicionado NÃO funcionava e fazia um barulho absurdo em cima das cabeças; trocaram de quarto. NÃO VALE O QUE COBRAM !
