I had a bit of a frustrating experience with my reservation. I had booked a room, but the hotel informed me that they didn't have any rooms available and asked me to cancel my booking. It was a bit confusing, but I appreciated their honesty.

My stay was pleasant overall, with everything being very nice and a good breakfast to start the day. However, I did find that it would have been helpful if there were more English speakers on staff to make communication easier. Despite this, I enjoyed my time at the hotel.
