“Awesome, would stay again”
I was a bit wary because of the low rating, but I followed my gut. We received two bottles of water each day, fresh towels, and a trash bag. The owner helped with everything—from medicine suggestions to a lost parcel—and you can count on that help. The free washer and dryer worked in about 1.5 hours. The room looked nice, had a smart TV, and the bed was comfortable; it seemed smaller than the photo, in my opinion. The AC worked well. There were free bar and kitchen corner on the first floor, umbrellas, and bikes. Everything you’d want was just a short walk away—mall, restaurants, pharmacy, convenience store, police, etc. The bathtub was huge compared to typical Japanese sizes, which I loved. I don’t recall hearing traffic, and it didn’t disturb us even though we were right next to a highway. The water pressure was weak but adequate. For room cleaning you need to let them know a day in advance. It’s a 12‑15 minute walk from the station, but those steps felt nice. It was a little pricey, probably because of the high season we visited, but it was worth it.
