The spot was great, and the staff treated me like a friend, but the other guests were a bit loud and didn’t act properly, though that’s not the hotel’s fault.

“Amazing location in the heart of old town, great base to explore the area. Great host, very accommodating, good local kn”

The place had a superb location and the bed was comfy; after the bars closed it got really quiet with no traffic noise. The room was on the smaller side and, even though there was a fridge, there were no cutlery, cups, or plates, so you couldn’t really eat or drink there, and there was no kettle or coffee included in the room price.

“Friendly, helpful service in a great location.”

The staff were friendly and helped me get my room ready as soon as possible even though I arrived early, and they took care of my luggage so I could head out while the room was being prepared. The location is great, close to many pintxos bars, the old town, the beach, and the bus station, all within walking distance and easy to find. I’d be happy to stay here again.

“Great location, but rather expensive for what you get”

The location was excellent and very central, making it easy to explore Donostia on foot. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was a bit small and a little dated, and it can get quite noisy in the evenings because of the central location. Overall, we felt the accommodation was a bit pricey for what it offered.
