How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

They wouldn’t accept my booking, refused to let us check in, and we had to find another hotel, causing a lot of trouble.

“Hotels Room were not clean . It was ugly”

The hotel didn’t accept online bookings, which I didn’t like, and it also charged more than the online rate.

“A nice stay”

It was a nice cozy hotel; the front office staff were helpful and courteous, I had a pleasant stay, the value for money was decent, and the staff were well‑mannered.

“Didn’t stay as it was a worse property ever seen”

Nothing positive—this was the worst experience. They refused online booking, the property had a gutter in front that smelled bad, rooms were unclean, and there were lots of mosquitoes, so I immediately moved to another property and felt the experience was wasted at the flagship lavish stay; check properties before listing and recommending.
