How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on short notice, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. What truly made my stay special, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Bobby and Ellen, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

For the price we paid, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and the lovely balcony room overlooking the river. However, I did notice that the hotel could benefit from some investment to address some maintenance issues, including a faulty heating system, which was fortunately replaced with a fan heater. Despite these minor drawbacks, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, and I would consider staying here again.

I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location, which made it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. While I didn't have any major complaints, I did feel that the hotel could benefit from some additional amenities and services to make it feel more welcoming.

What really stood out to me during my stay was the warmth and friendliness of the staff, who made me feel right at home. Unfortunately, the hotel's Indian food was a bit of a letdown, but I appreciated the efforts of the staff to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.

The hotel's picturesque location by the river was a major draw for me, but unfortunately, it was let down by some significant maintenance issues, including run-down bathrooms and a lingering smell. To make matters worse, there were no options for breakfast, and the hotel's remote location made it difficult to pop out for a meal or snack. While the price wasn't cheap, I felt that it didn't quite match the level of service and amenities I received.
