During this stay I killed two cockroaches and an ant in the room; the air conditioner didn’t cool at first and its switch was faulty; the cabinet next to the bed was dirty with a lot of trash.

We three checked into room 306 around 22:30, found a leaking toilet, hair and dust on the desk, a layer of dust on the nightstand, and hair on the bed; after reporting it we were moved to room 608, but people with mobility issues can’t easily change rooms, so we only checked in after confirming it was clean. The desk seemed to have been cleaned, so we rushed to shower, only to discover the bath bomb had already been opened, the tub was dirty, and the toilet smelled like urine. When I asked the front desk how to handle this, they said they would just call housekeeping, offering no compensation. I called back in anger, and they said we could get a 200 refund or a full refund if we left; they told us we could only get a full refund at that time, and that we three would only receive 200. I was stunned, could not speak, and felt absolutely outraged.

The front desk staff were very friendly, but the room had a heavy smoke smell, no RO water so you have to go outside to fill it, and the wooden floor was dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned. We checked out a day early and received no refund.
