The staff and the cleanliness were excellent.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, parking was free, and breakfast was unlimited. There were very few French news channels on the TV.

This is my favorite hotel; I couldn't imagine going to Andorra without visiting Montecarlo. It's not a perfect 10.
