The location was very good and the staff friendly, and the beds were comfortable. However, the single room was far too small, and you couldn’t slide a suitcase under the bed; the reception was on the 6th floor, which confused me at first, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.

The station is close, and a convenience store is right in front. I added breakfast, but almost all the dishes were wet and disgusting, and the curry spoon was a teaspoon, making it hard to eat.

Access from Sapporo Station is excellent, and the Wi‑fi speed was fine, providing a comfortable internet environment. The microwave on the lobby floor is turntable‑style, making it difficult to heat a large bento, and more storage space would be nice.

The staff are friendly and can speak basic English, but the hotel isn’t near the JR station and it’s hard to get there from the underground street because you’ll get lost; also, the front desk isn’t on the 1st floor.

The key slot in the room is invisible, the bathtub is too small, and the front staff misspelled the name on receipts.
