We felt completely at home in a truly top‑class hotel; its central Old Town location made everything easy to reach, the rooms and the whole property were spotless and in excellent condition, and the staff were warm and attentive, particularly the breakfast lady who looked after us with great care. The wellness area was perfect after our bike ride, and we’ll gladly return and recommend it.

“Sehr schönes Hotel.”

The room was beautiful and luxurious. We were allowed to bring our dog, and the breakfast buffet was great. However, after booking we had to pay a significant upgrade fee because dogs are only allowed in the Superior rooms.
