The room was nice with a front portal and a fresh scent throughout the building; it’s close to the castle hill.

The bathroom smell was like a product masking dust, suffocating, and the elevator had been broken for months with no staff to help on the stairs – a real pain. The breakfast room was tiny, the fruit almost nonexistent, and the room was dark and dusty; definitely avoid this hotel.

Nothing to complain about, except that the night‑shift receptionist seemed new or clueless, handed us the key without telling us where to go or what room we had, and couldn't give us an invoice – we were told to come back in the morning.

The place was beautiful and luxurious, but the elevator didn’t work.

Nothing much to say, but the balcony was torn down, there were cobwebs, and the breakfast had moldy mussels and other issues.
