The staff were friendly and the accommodations met my needs. There was noise from the freeways, but they moved me to a different room. The staff were fast and friendly.

I booked a king‑size bed suite but ended up with a queen or full‑size bed.

The spot was great. The breakfast could use a little improvement. After paying for my reservation, I still had to pay extra, even though the booking said everything was included.

The location was perfect and the customer service was outstanding. One staff member, Mr. Carl, really stood out—he was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. He listened to my concerns, addressed my needs, apologized for any inconvenience, and kept a warm smile. His positive attitude made a real difference. When I accidentally left important documents, he immediately contacted management/Andrea to help me understand my options and ensured my concerns were handled. Thanks, Mr. Carl, for going above and beyond! Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help were noticed and appreciated. Employees like you make guests feel valued. On the downside, the room had several disappointments: no extra trash can liners, no shower soap in the dispenser, a coffee machine and toaster that were unusable at first, and a long strand of hair on my washcloth. I showed pictures to the front desk and requested additional linens, trash can liners, and a sheet to cover the soiled chairs. The agent who checked me in was very pleasant and sincerely apologized, which I appreciated. My husband, who drinks coffee, ended up cleaning the coffee machine himself, so that was fine. Overall, I appreciate the staff’s willingness to help and wanted to share these concerns so they can be addressed for future guests.
