“Horrible”
Nothing was good. I was not refunded and they added an extra 250 on top of what I paid.

The General Manager Bobbi offered to work with me and Holiday Inn Management to address a reservation error, but her approach was dismissive and arrogant. We have remained in contact and are reporting her conduct to leadership; while an exception may not be granted, her manner is what I’m calling out publicly.

A property that’s very nice, clean, well lit, and has good parking.

Breakfast was great, and Tara, the staff member at breakfast, was wonderful.
