The stay gave us a different vibe, was comfortable, and the service was good. The only downside is that the room can feel a bit small for two guests.

Picturesque location with amazing facilities; this heritage property in Yercaud is a must-see. At night they show movies, which is nice, but the regional language made it hard to follow; subtitles or more options would help.

They wouldn’t give an extra blanket at night, claiming none were available, and they switched my room under the pretense of an upgrade, actually downgrading it. The dosas were half‑cooked. I had a sleepless night in the cold and had to leave early with my baby. When I left, they offered a heater, but I’d asked for an extra blanket earlier and was told it wasn’t possible. My baby woke at 04:00 AM and couldn’t sleep.

The atmosphere is good, but the property is very old and lacks proper service and maintenance, making it uncomfortable to stay.

For years the place has been kept in excellent condition, but I was taken aback by this odd question that suddenly appeared—what's the point of it?
