Very clean. It wasn’t a dislike but a lack, for example there could have been tea or coffee in the room, but unfortunately those were missing.

Close to the train station. No mini fridge, no soap, a kettle, cups, glasses and a kindness from the house such as having some tea, coffee, sugar would be needed.
