The only bright spot is the location right next to Mall Road. They don’t provide any toiletries, the room is unclean and cramped, the restaurant is overpriced, and the manager is very rude.

1. The room was clean. 2. The washroom was clean. 3. The floor was wooden and other wooden structures were present, which insulated and kept it comfortable even when it was cold outside. 4. Another plus is that the hotel sits literally at the start of Mall Road, which made accessing the market easy. 5. The cleaning staff and the room service were outstanding. 1. You won’t find an electric kettle in your room. 2. The hotel policy forbids washing clothes.
