“Old, dirty, and wet”
The lobby looked lovely, so we thought the reviews were wrong, but our room was filthy. The couch was dirty and wet, the floors were gross and damp, the ceiling had water damage and smelled like mold.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. However, there was construction, and breakfast was missing even though the reservation said it was included.

The staff were accommodating and polite and helped with our request. The first room had a musty smell, stained couches and carpet; we asked for another room and got a cleaner one that smelled nicer. The bathroom sink was clogged and unusable, the toilet kept running, the mini‑fridge didn’t work, ants climbed up the bathroom wall, hair covered the floor, and the AC didn’t cool enough. We didn’t know the hotel was under renovation. The complimentary breakfast was a frozen pancake on a stick with an apple and juice, which was not as good as the breakfast we had there before.

The area was perfect—close to many restaurants and not far from my work site. They are currently renovating, so there was no free breakfast and constant construction. I wish that had been advertised during booking so I could have chosen another nearby hotel with the same amenities.

The lobby was a mess because of construction and there was no breakfast, but the staff still handed us bagged breakfast that was actually tasty. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable, though the showers were slippery and a mat would have helped. The construction in the lobby was just an inconvenience.
