The location was handy for the football match, but the corridors and bedroom had no heating, so we felt a chill as soon as we stepped into the room—like walking into a freezer. The radiator was off and the portable oil‑filled heater was unplugged, indicating the room would stay cold. The bathroom was also freezing with no radiator, and the floors were icy, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot and chilly when getting in and out of the shower. We stayed on the 1st floor, and the noise throughout the night and into the early hours was shocking, sounding like metal banging. The turnstiles below us were noisy on Sunday morning, and there was a lot of activity around the outer ground floor, which was ridiculous.
