1. The apartment is located on a busy street with trams running by; it is very noisy, so you can't open the window. 2. The description fails to mention that the bathroom is shared among four rooms. 3. The floors creak because of old parquet covered with carpeting. 4. The listing promised one free parking space, but in reality, the car was simply parked in the courtyard and I was charged 8 euros. 5. The manager didn't wait for us and left, even though the listing stated check-in was from 15:00 to 21:00. It was impossible to reach him by phone. 6. The intercom at the entrance doesn't work; a key lockbox with a code would have been a better solution. 7. Communication is only via email—which is difficult if you are driving, as you can't reply, and the internet connection on the road is unstable and emails arrive late. overall, everything is below average. I do not recommend it!
The location is good. It wasn’t clear from the booking that the bathroom/WC was in the hallway and shared with other guests. We had to wait 30 minutes to use the toilet because someone else was showering. There was no separate ladies’ or men’s bathroom, just one shared one. We were repeatedly told not to smoke, which was fine since we are non‑smokers, but when we closed the window at night we noticed the room had been smoked in before, which was uncomfortable and forced us to sleep with the window open.
The room was nicely arranged with a toilet. Great location and parking is easy to find. The bed was very squeaky, which is a minor issue if you mention the staff. We were supposed to arrive between 17 and 18 h, but at 17:35 someone called telling us to come to the apartment because the host was rushing to accommodate other guests and traffic was heavy, so we had to wait in front of the entrance even though we arrived before 18 h and the host was still late. It was uncomfortable that we had to fill out the arrival paperwork ourselves; the host should have handled that, not me, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We were greeted warmly and kindly. Despite minor language barriers, we felt comfortable right away. We also liked the good location of the accommodation. The bathroom door handle was a bit loose and might need tightening. Other than that, there was nothing to complain about.
The pillows were uncomfortable, and there was only one blanket. The bathroom was dirty, and the toilet seat was broken.
