Nothing good, everything bad.

The pet fee was outrageous—$95 plus GST per pet—while the carpets were old and caused me to trip.

Breakfast was decent and the room was comfortable, but ongoing renovations and the constant noise from tarps and scaffolding outside our room left us with very little sleep.

I appreciate very much the wheelchair accessibility and that some staff were friendly n helpful especially the gentleman and the lady who checked me in on my day of arrival. Daily breakfast was more than decent n the availability of coffee/tea 24/7 was a bonus. The nearby Banff Trail train station makes commuting to the city and other places of interest very convenient. A great place to stay in Calgary. I’ll stay there again for sure. The ongoing construction work and one male staff on evening duty at the front desk who was discourteous. I entered the hotel on my send day of stay. He ask if I was staying there since I was having some coffee. He wasn’t friendly at all. When I showed him my keys, he didn’t apologize for his rudeness. He just turned his back n left. I don’t think that was the right way to approach a guest, it was rude to say the least
