“Better than Elizabeth Hostel”
The place felt a lot quieter than the Elizabeth Hostel – more privacy, fewer people bumping into you. The only downside was that the bathrooms lack benches, which can be a bit inconvenient.

For the price, the facilities are solid and the support staff are helpful. I just wish the front desk staff would be a bit more accommodating to foreigners.

Loved the location and got great value for what I paid.

The kitchen is a boon for backpackers and the pizza nights at night keep things lively. On the flip side, it gets crowded and messy, and the sink often overflows.

The staff were friendly and quick to help, and the shared spaces – foyer, art class, laundry, kitchen, and cool room – were all top-notch. The bathrooms are the best I've seen in a hostel, and when it got too warm one winter night they lowered the AC just enough. The only thing that was a bit of a grouse was the overall vibe, but still a solid stay.
