How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location and cleanliness were good; it’s just steps from the train station and close to everything. The receptionist was terribly rude, started a fire in a neighboring shop, told us to leave and deal with Booking even though everything was already paid. We stayed in our room, which was unaffected. The bed was on a mezzanine floor very close to the ceiling, and the air conditioner didn’t work well.

When the kitchen below our room caught fire, they wanted me to cancel through Booking to avoid responsibility and tried to make me pay for another room. Suddenly they found another room in their hotel, but it was for two people while we were three, and they didn’t even offer a mattress. A disaster. I don’t recommend it. My clothes are ruined, and we slept with smoke that caused eye irritation and coughing. I sent them this message and received no reply. They’re a bunch of scoundrels! Don’t go!!!

I liked the location. Communication with the accommodation was terrible when we arrived to check‑in. We got there at 16:00 and tried to contact them for 20 minutes. They said they had sent us a WhatsApp message the day before with the check‑in time, but we explained we didn’t have the app available and they kept insisting. The next day the same thing happened with another couple; we had to open the door for them because they couldn’t even get in. Also, there was no second health card.

Wonderful. Close to everything, even the train terminal. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. It had air conditioning. The bed was amazing.
