The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was okay but it would have been nice to have whole‑grain bread, which was only offered at dinner; the value for money was fine. The stairwell was stuffy and probably poorly ventilated, and because the hotel is on a very busy street it was noisy early in the morning.

It’s about 2 bus stops away (lines 321 and 311). There is no lift, so I had to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Very centrally located, close to the bus station. The bed was a bit unstable, but the staff fixed it promptly and nicely.

The restaurant has a friendly vibe, the rooms are simple and practical, breakfast is good, and the local cuisine at the restaurant is solid. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A bus stop is right outside the building with regular connections to Locarno and Bellinzona. The location is directly on the main road, but it’s not too bad; it was relatively quiet at night.
