The staff were polite and very helpful. The bed was good and the location was perfect. However, they didn’t let me know at check‑in that there would be a fee for a blanket and a balcony hammock. Maintenance is lacking: the fridge door is rusted and barely seals, the staircase floor is slippery and cracked, making the descent dangerous.

It takes about 5 to 10 minutes walking (maybe less) to reach the main avenue and the beach; the place was quite calm even on a holiday, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom sink barely produced water, so rinsing your mouth while brushing was impossible. Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room, even though I saw some signal boosters; the signal in Suite 01 was almost nonexistent. On the last day nobody came to prepare breakfast, so guests had to sort it out themselves.

The location stands out for its quietness. The in‑room Wi‑Fi is excellent. It’s a great idea for those who want to rest. The accommodations were clean, and towel changes and maintenance happened as promised, with no surprises.

The reception, breakfast, location and the peace were all great, but the suite’s shower performed poorly and the bathroom‑shower floor seemed poorly cleaned.

The staff welcomed us nicely and were polite. The room cleaning was wanting; the shower box leaked water and the door needs repair. The fridge had a bad odor and the air conditioner was noisy.
