How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The elevator wasn’t working, the hotel charged me twice for the stay, and I received no response to my emails.

The lift was broken, the room we booked wasn’t available, and the hotel manager didn’t call or do anything; it was the worst place to stay, so I’d look elsewhere next time.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly.

“I wipe not return or recommend this hotel.”

The spot was great, but the elevator broke, the room door wouldn’t shut, and the new room had a used bar of soap in the shower plus a broken TV remote. The bed felt uncomfortable and the pool wasn’t heated.

“Good clean place to sleep on the turnpike, staff polite and amenities ample. Computers slow.”

The place was clean, the front desk stayed open 24 hours, and the hot breakfast was solid. However, the hotel computer didn’t register my reservation, so I was charged the full price and had to open a ticket through the booking site to fix the overcharge.
