The staff, the price, the room size for one person, the owner's kindness, and the beautiful setting were all positive. The cleanliness was lacking: pillow covers were dirty and there were long hairs everywhere on sheets, towels, and too many towels. I understand the competitive price, but cleanliness is essential.

The location is perfect for exploring many interesting spots like the Borgo di Ceri, where you can buy local products and eat at Trattoria La Rocca, which is absolutely phenomenal!!!! No complaints.

I thank the owner Patrizia for being very kind. The property is in a genuine countryside area, very quiet and peaceful. I was there with my son because we had to go to Bambino Gesù hospital. The location is convenient if you travel by car. It was a nice experience, I recommend it. Everything was good.

I had to stay two nights for work, but the last night I couldn't sleep because the music was over 80 dB and the owner, who had only been warned a few hours before the event, didn't respond to any calls. The concert only quieted down at midnight, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, whether they're working or traveling with kids. If you need a place to rest, book somewhere else.
