The location is great from the bus stop, the staff is very friendly, and we definitely appreciated the key access to the room, as the receptionist joked about a “lucky day.” There was no clear information about linens—no mention that they were an extra charge—so the stay wasn’t a plus at that price; you have to bring your own sheets. In mid‑October the radiators were covered and the room was cold. The shower had no basin, flooding the bathroom, and only a tap for water—hard to bathe and you have to drain it into the drain. There were no toiletries (soap, shower gel).
