Nothing. The fact that nobody was at the desk to let us check In for over 2 hours is totally unacceptable! Nobody was around and the phones apparently didn’t work ?!?! And when we called booking .com they kept us on the phone for OVER 1 hour with NO Help is also UNACCEPTABLE!

The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator worked well, but every mirror was a two‑way mirror—which is unnecessary—and the microwave was broken.
