“Attempted to get money back from hotel manager, but was refused despite him agreeing with all issues”

Location is ok. However state of hotel was so poor. Hotel run down, rubbish in hallways, lifts did not work. Breakfast no hot food when we arrived, could not find coffee cups. Mould in bathrooms. Beds extremely uncomfortable
