“Esperienza da dimenticare, gli alberghi digitali non fanno per noi.”
The location of the property is ideal for overnight stays. However, the air conditioner was positioned in front of the bed, the TV channels were unprogrammed and unchangeable, the pillows were very thin, and there were other annoyances during the stay.
The location was convenient for the purpose of our trip. The first contact with the property was, to put it mildly, unpleasant; the online check‑in procedure was long and complex, and although it eventually succeeded, we discovered the day before arrival that it wasn’t that simple. The third bed creaked with every movement, the bathroom and shower contained hair (not ours) and a few ants. The bathroom product set was good. The furniture in the rooms and common areas had different styles and colors, especially the chairs, and many objects were scattered everywhere. There is no elevator, so bringing luggage to the room is tiring. They focused heavily on technology for hotel access (all electronic openings), which is very positive, but the rest needs more care.
The welcome was extremely friendly, with helpful restaurant tips around the area. The large room was very clean, and breakfast in the garden was nice. The check‑in procedure was surprising, with many messages (email and WhatsApp), but once you get the hang of it, it works. The environment and neighborhood are not very appealing.
I did not use breakfast. One must overcome a bit of the digital system; otherwise, we’re talking about a very beautiful and “warm” place. You feel at home, and Mrs. Irene Lamanna is a wonderful person who attends to all needs.
The location is excellent and the property is smart.
