Los toallas, que supuestamente son blancas, han cambiado a gris; al menos no huelen mal. Me dijeron que el hotel ya no ofrece transporte gratuito, y el televisor tenía problemas; le informé a la recepción, pero los técnicos no respondieron. Esperé y llamé a la recepción para insistir. Finalmente llegaron los técnicos y arreglaron el televisor, pero al salir volvió a fallar. Ese nivel de servicio fue lo que mi amiga y yo experimentamos. La recepción prometió una mejora y un cambio de habitación, pero esperé sin recibir nada. La promesa se rompió sin explicación. Al día siguiente, pregunté a la recepcionista de turno y me dijo que la noche anterior ya había salido; dejé una nota para que el siguiente turno lo siguiera. Qué irresponsabilidad.

The staff were friendly and the housekeeper did an excellent job, the food was delicious, the bed and room were comfortable, the massage was good, and the decorations were perfect for our birthday celebration. The bar, pool and gym were beautiful amenities. The only downside was that the sheets and pillow case for the massage were new.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the warmth and excellence of the staff; every team member we met was genuinely friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. The location is also quite convenient for exploring Nagoya. The value for money was disappointing because we stayed during the Labour Day long weekend and the price was significantly inflated; for the premium paid, the facilities and breakfast felt underwhelming and did not meet the standards I expected from this hotel chain.
