Unfortunately, my stay was marred by some serious issues with sanitation and the staff. The hotel itself was clean, but I noticed some pretty gross stains on the carpet in the hallway. The staff seemed friendly, but they were often unhelpful when I needed assistance. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.

The staff at this hotel really know what they're doing - check-in was a breeze and they were super helpful throughout my stay. The interior of the hotel is really nicely done, with some great lighting in the rooms. My only complaint is that the hotel is a bit tricky to find, but that's a minor quibble.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the hotel's lift worked - it was always available and moved quickly. Room service was also on time, which was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy and the food was decent, but nothing special. Overall, it was a solid choice for a short stay.
