The location is good, right in the heart of Senopati. The bathroom was not clean, with a drain clogged with hair and muck. They offered to change rooms, but I lost confidence in the overall operation of the hotel, so I left ten minutes later and found another hotel.

The location is very strategic, close to the shopping mall, and there are food stalls along the hotel area; right in front of the hotel is a large mall. In the morning it was noisy—I was sleeping soundly and woke up early because I heard plates or glasses breaking in the hallway and people laughing loudly. I was very disturbed.

The spot is great, but the toilet was a mess with tons of hair, the shower had issues, and there was only one towel and no slippers. The side table was dirty and had trash, and after we asked for a room change, the new room was just as bad. A towel from someone else was hanging behind the toilet door, and the staff in the lobby were just playing games.
